As our bubbly, energetic, and endlessly welcoming receptionist, Stephanie is often the very first smile our customers encounter—and the one they remember long after they leave. Her naturally warm, customer-centric spirit sets the tone for the entire Fluffology experience. Stephanie is the master of appointments and organization, helping every customer find the perfect time for their pet’s grooming and ensuring that scheduling is always smooth and stress-free. As the key liaison between our talented stylists and our clients, she plays an essential role in creating seamless communication, clarifying expectations, and ensuring every service delivers exactly what was promised.

As a driven and detailed person, Leo is thrilled to showcase his talent as a Fluffologist by creating works of art on his clients. Leo strives to connect with each pet parent making styling suggestions that are both practical and beautiful.

Growing up in rural South Dakota, Hannah developed a love for animals at an early age organically guiding her towards a career in the pet industry. Hannah has managed to master her styling abilities to include both dogs and cats and strives to leave each of her clients fresh, clean and stylish. Hannah is excited to be our latest team member and is looking forward to advancing her skills at Fluffology.

Skilled in both traditional and creative grooming, Genesis loves providing classic, breed- specific styles as well as showcasing bold, imaginative, and out-of-the-box looks. They thrive on creative freedom and enjoy collaborating with pet parents who embrace unique and artistic grooming. Their career has taken them from Arizona to NYC and Pennsylvania, and they’re now proud to call Los Angeles home.
